How to Request a Refund
- Email us at everything@8eight8.net with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation - We'll respond within 24-48 hours
- Receive your refund - Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (request separately if within 30 days)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after purchase
- Multiple refund requests from the same user (abuse prevention)

If you're experiencing technical issues with the service:

- We'll work to resolve the issue
- If we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be provided regardless of the 30-day window
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly for refunds rather than filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in your account being permanently suspended.
